Lace up those running shoes folks... This cross-training class is designed for you and your canine "companion". With personal fitness trainer, Aaron Arrell and canine professional, Lena Swann, you and your pooch will be taken to the next level with a 90 minute cardio group run/walk around Lake Merritt. Rain or Shine.

Other: We will meet in the Merritt Bakery parking lot at 8:45 am. Please arrive on time. Dogs must be on 4 ft leash. (NO-FLEXI LEADS!) One dog per owner please. Bring poop bags for clean up.
